2. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern sales made on azuradress.com between Azura and any consumer. Any order implies full and complete acceptance of these GTCs.

3. Products

Products are described with care. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only — slight color variations may exist depending on your screen. In case of out-of-stock after your order, we will inform you and offer a full refund or a replacement product.

4. Price

Prices are indicated in euros (€). As Daniel KREISS is a micro-entrepreneur under the VAT exemption scheme (Article 293 B of the CGI), no VAT is applicable to our sales. Delivery fees are displayed separately before order validation.

5. Order

The order is confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email sent after payment. Azura reserves the right to cancel any suspicious order, after informing the customer.

6. Payment

Payments are secured via Shopify Payments (Stripe). We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

7. Delivery

Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days after payment validation. Estimated delivery times are 7 to 12 business days for France, 10 to 15 days for Europe. Delivery is free for orders over 50 € for metropolitan France. Azura cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. Azura grants you an extended period of 30 days. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

9. Legal Guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

10. Liability

Azura's liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the azuradress.com website belongs to Azura and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

12. Mediation

In case of a dispute not resolved amicably, you can freely use the consumer mediator CM2C — 14 rue Saint-Jean, 75017 Paris — www.cm2c.net — cm2c@cm2c.net. The European online dispute resolution platform is also available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

13. Applicable Law

These GTCs are subject to French law. The contract language is French.
