Orders
How do I place an order?
Select your item, choose your size and color, then click "Choose my size". Follow the payment steps — you will receive a confirmation email within minutes.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@azuradress.com. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best. Once shipped, we can no longer intervene.
My promo code is not working.
Check that the code is entered correctly (uppercase, no spaces). Some codes have an expiration date or specific conditions. If the problem persists, please write to us.
Sizes
How do I choose my size?
Our dresses follow the Asian standard, which is slightly smaller than the European standard. If in doubt between two sizes, we recommend taking the larger size. Refer to the measurements indicated on each product page.
Are the colors true to the photos?
We do our best to ensure the photos are representative. However, slight variations may exist depending on your screen. Our return policy protects you in case of disappointment.
Delivery
When will I receive my order?
Allow 7 to 12 working days for France after dispatch (2 to 5 working days for processing after payment validation). An email with a tracking number will be sent to you upon dispatch.
Can I track my package?
Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is shipped.
Is delivery free?
Yes, for purchases over €50 for metropolitan France.
Returns and Refunds
How do I return an item?
Write to us at contact@azuradress.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number. We will send you return instructions.
When will I be refunded?
Within 5 to 10 business days after receipt and verification of your return, to the original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for the desired size or color.
