Return and Refund Policy

You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return an item to us. After this period, we unfortunately cannot process a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned item must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Any item clearly used, damaged, or returned without tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

How to initiate a return?

Write to us at contact@azuradress.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of our error or a defective item.

Refunds

Upon receipt and verification of the item, we will process the refund within 5 to 10 business days, using the payment method used during the order. If your refund does not appear after this period, first check with your bank, then contact us.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish for a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

Non-refundable items

Items on sale or marked "final sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return.

Legal right of withdrawal

In accordance with European Directive 2011/83/EU and Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you benefit from a right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of your order, without justification.
